Dustin is the founder of High Hope Ministries with the burden of walking alongside those who, at one point, had a genuine love for God but, because of unexpected life challenges, found their faith fractured and had wandered from the one true love they had ever known. He holds a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute, equipping him to help others who have experienced a fracture in their faith move forward and walk boldly in their purpose.

Leigh Ann was born and raised at the Pentecostals of Alexandria, where she developed a strong foundation in faith, family, worship, music, and ministry. Her love for music led her to college in New Orleans, where she also walked through personal challenges and a season of searching. In time, God called her back to Alexandria, where she began a renewed and personal walk with Him.
Ben Bland
Ben Bland is a floral designer from Campbellsville, Kentucky, known for his creative work and for sharing his testimony of transformation through Jesus Christ. Drawing from his own story of brokenness, abuse, addiction, and life in a former gay lifestyle, he speaks with honesty and compassion about repentance, deliverance, and the restoring power of God. Through testimony appearances, interviews, and ministry settings, Ben encourages others who are seeking hope, healing, and a pathway back to truth and restoration.

Dr.Rhea is a licensed professional counselor, ministry leader, and speaker with a passion for helping individuals, families, and churches experience healing and restoration. As the owner of a private counseling practice in Lafayette, Louisiana, she works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational health. She attends the Pentecostals of Lafayette where she leads a mental health ministry. She desires to equip churches with practical, biblically grounded tools that foster restoration, hope, and lasting transformation.
Kathy Chastain, LMFT

Kathy Chastain is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. She has been in private practice for over 10 years and currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology. She is the author of three books, one of which is a children’s book, “Where Did That Come From?”
Kathy attends church at the Pentecostal Lighthouse in Visalia where she hosts the Unshackled Conference, by prodigals for prodigals. Her desire is to see Luke 4:18 manifest in the lives of all who desire to be restored.
